Yoga & Mindfulness is part of TQS’s wider Roadmap to Resilience wellness initiative, sitting alongside sensory and indoor movement and health and physical education as one of the school’s physical health focus areas. Over time, these practices help students build tools for regulation and focus that carry into the rest of their school day.
