Meetinghouse Division
A welcoming school community where your child thrives socially, personally, and academically.

Helping students engage with school life
A place to belong

The Meetinghouse welcomes students from kindergarten through to young adulthood within a close and encouraging school community. Students learn in an understanding environment where they are encouraged to build lasting friendships and make new discoveries.
Designed for students with complex challenges, Meetinghouse combines research-informed teaching with practical guidance that responds to each student’s experience of school. Over time, students grow into a more active role in school life and develop a clearer understanding of their interests, strengths, and future direction.
Within Meetinghouse, students are encouraged to:
Environment
A community-centered environment
A place of acceptance
Your child will learn in an environment that feels inclusive and reassuring. Faculty take time to get to know students, helping your child feel comfortable speaking up, joining in, and gradually finding their place within the community.

Continuity across learning stages
One division spanning foundation years to young adulthood

The Meetinghouse Division includes K–8, Upper School, and Real World Ready within one broader learning community. Outcomes
Helping your child move forward

As your child settles into life at TQS, they’ll feel comfortable participating in school life and begin to find a stronger sense of belonging. Over time, your child may speak up in class, form friendships more easily, and discover new interests. As they grow older, they’ll develop greater independence and a clearer sense of direction for the future.
What starts to change
Benefits
At TQS, progress often begins with small shifts in how your child experiences school life. Over time, those moments can grow into lasting changes that influence how they see themselves and their future.
If it wasn't for TQS he wouldn't be the student and young man he is today, and I say that with every confidence.
Meetinghouse parent
The thoughtful guidance, the moments of breakthrough, the celebrations of progress - these are the gifts TQS has given us that we can never fully repay.
