At what time do students learn best during the day?
Is it first thing in the morning, right after a hearty breakfast? Is it mid-day, once they refuel at lunch? Or perhaps it’s later in the afternoon, after a rousing game of kickball at recess?
The actual answer is: it varies. Some students learn better in the morning. Some are more effective and energized in the afternoon. And some change their preferences over time, as they grow and mature.
